Redland Plain Tile
DESCRIPTION
Redland’s range of concrete plain tiles are quick and easy to lay and offer great versatility and scope for varied effects.
The tile features a double camber from side to side as well as from head to tail which textures the roof adding rich detail to a building.
Tiles are available in a wide range of different surface finishes, including smooth, sanded and granular to blend with traditional roofing materials throughout the country.

AUTHORITY
Concrete Plain Tiles conform to BS EN 490: 2011 Concrete roofing tiles and fittings for roof covering and wall cladding – Product Specifications.
PERFORMANCE
Concrete Plain Tiles have been rigorously tested in the Group wind tunnel where combinations of high wind and driving rain are used to determine the tile performance with respect to wind loading and weathertightness. Tiles will meet all the requirements of BS 5534: 2014 Code of practice for slating and tiling (including shingles), providing Redland fixing recommendations are complied with.
